Background.
Dr. Okello is a Consultant at NOM Advocates LLP, specializing in legislative drafting, policy and legal reforms for the public sector, strategic planning, and capacity building in legislative drafting both within Kenya and internationally. He has contributed to the drafting of over 25 statutes in Kenya and has provided expert guidance on legislative reforms.
An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Dr. Okello brings over 25 years of post-qualification experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Legislative Drafting and Policy Development and a Master of Arts in Legislative Studies from the University of London, as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
